Working with multiple stakeholders, getting the requirements done for the project. Should be familiar with JIRA and how to write user stories.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Someone who had experience working with UX design would be an added advantage.
- Strong Stakeholder Management - Excellent cross-functional skills and ability to set, manage and respond to stakeholder expectations.
- Technical Depth – The ability to independently analyze complex technology and dive into details to formulate a point of view on the effort, risk and complexity of creating, adopting and managing technology you will make a real and direct impact to customers
- Fast-paced and collaborative team working on cutting edge Fintech technologies and products High level of autonomy to craft product strategy and deliver developer experiences
- Experience in an agile development process.
- Have a passion for quality and writing clean, readable code that scales and performs well.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
